These are copper foiled glass flowers. Lead is not used to join the pieces together. Copper foil has a different finish and is ideal for small things. 

I wanted to make something small after all the large pieces I had made. Spring flowers and bright colours are essential to feeling good. 

The idea was to make individual pots of daffodils, held in position by Oasis foam in a pot on a window sill. In some ways they took longer to make than leaded glass.
